Please read the following carefully and keep it with your account agreement. Except as amended below, the terms of your account agreement remain in full force and effect.
1. The subsection titled Special payment offers, which is located under the section titled Payment and billing will be amended by adding the following sentence at the end of that subsection:

Special payment offers will only occur in rare situations such as when we are working with customers impacted by federally declared states of emergency.
