Note RE: This technology is only what we the public have been (allowed) to know through the media and or what was leaked to conventional science. How about the Black Ops Community? Increase it by 20-100 fold. Now think of things like Frequency, ULF, ELF, SSSS - (Silent Sound Spread Spectrum), HAARP - High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program... Think about how long these technologies were around and further developed before we the public became aware... DECADES!
