So, what are they trying to say? With that kind of verbal footwork, they could be saying "hailstones have begun spurting out little baby alien monsters upon ground impact, and we need that to not happen anymore so we are researching how the little fuggerz get inside hailstones in the first place, because when they come out they are INSATIOUSLY thirsty for HUMAN BONE MARROW and they have teeth to put a barracuda to shame!!"
