Coast To Coast AM | Project Pegasus - TIME TRAVEL (Radio)

Appearing during all 4 hours of the show, attorney Andrew D. Basiago discussed his experiences within a secret DARPA program-- "Project Pegasus," and what he claimed to be the true history of U.S. time travel research and teleportation technology. As a child, he said his father volunteered him to be inducted into the experimental program, as a "trainee/guinea pig" from the years 1969 to 1972. He described being teleported from a location in Woodbridge, NJ to Santa Fe, NM via a device derived from Tesla technology. A "cavern" opens up into the fabric of time-space that is wrapped around the "teleportees" as they are repositioned to a new location, he explained, adding that it's more like the TV show Sliders than the teleporters on Star Trek.

During this time frame, he said he witnessed an accident in which a boy's feet were sheared off after he was teleported. He also talked about how the teleportation technology could be used for time travel, and the development of "chronovisors" which allowed holographic recordings to be made of historically significant events such as the crucifixion of Jesus, and the signing of the US Constitution. In one chronovisor recording of the future he was able to witness in 1971, he described seeing the US Supreme Court building under 100 ft. of brackish water in the year 2013, suggesting that the entire Eastern seaboard will be flooded.

Time travel technology enabled the US to win the Cold War, as the government teleported military secrets into the future, to store for safekeeping, he detailed. The technology was also used to brief US Presidents like Clinton, the Bushes, and Obama about their destiny, years before they became President, Basiago claimed. He also asserted that Donald Rumsfeld and Gov. Bill Richardson both served in Project Pegasus, and he invited them to come forward with the truth.

A recently-unearthed U.S. Navy research project calls for creating mad-made floods and droughts to "disrupt [the] economy" of an enemy state. 

"Weather modification was used successfully in Viet Nam to (among other things) hinder and impede the movement of personnel and material from North Viet Nam to South Vietnam," notes a Naval Air Warfare Weapons Division – China Lake research proposal, released last month through the Freedom of Information Act.

But "since that time military research on Weather Modification has dwindled in the United States."

The proposal suggests a study of the latest weather manipulation techniques, to "give the U.S. military a viable, state-of-the-art weather modification capability again."

With that in hand, American forces would be able…

(1) To impede or deny the movement of personnel and material because of rains-floods, snow-blizzards, etc.
(2) To disrupt economy due to the effect of floods, droughts, etc.

The proposal is undated.  But it’s pretty clearly from the Cold War.
Not only is "the Soviet Union (Russia)" mentioned.  The money is also relatively small, by today’s standards — less than a half-million dollars, over two years.
 
A military in-house newspaper calls  "weather modification" an "area of China Lake preeminence.   Between 1949 and 1978, China Lake developed concepts, techniques, and hardware that were successfully used in hurricane abatement, fog control, and drought relief. Military application of this technology was demonstrated in 1966 when ProjectPopeye was conducted to enhance rainfall to help interdict traffic on the Ho Chi Minh Trail."  (Here’s a picture of China Lake’s "Cold Cloud Modification System."

In 1980, the United States ratified a treaty banning military weather manipulation.   But every once in a while, someone in the armed forces floats the idea of doing it again.  "Our vision is that by 2025 the military could influence the weather on a mesoscale [theater-wide] or microscale [immediate local area] to achieve operational capabilities," a 1996 Air Force-commissioned study reads. 

Today, Chinese officials are trying to figure out ways to keep it from raining over Beiing, during this summer’s Olympics.

In 1947 Secretary of the Navy James Forrestal sent a naval task force to Antarctic including Admiral Nimitz, Admiral Krusen and Admiral Byrd, called "Operation Highjump". It was touted to be an expedition to find "coal deposits" and other valuable resources, but in actuality they were trying to find the underground base of the Nazis (Aryans) in Neuschwabenlandt.

The Nazis had done a very detailed study of Antarctic and were alleged to have built an underground base there. In this regard however, the Aryans have had an underground under the ice habitation in Antarctic for more than a million years.

The task force of OVER 40 SHIPS, included the flagship "Mount Olympus", the aircraft carrier "Philippine Sea", the seaplane tender "Pine Sea", the submarine "Senate", the destroyer "Bronson", the ice breaker "Northwind", and other tanker and supply ships. An armed contingent of 1400 sailors, and three dog sled teams were also on board.

The expedition was filmed by the Navy and brought to Hollywood to be made into a commercial film called "The Secret Land". It was narrated by Hollywood actor Robert Montgomery (Naval reserve Officer) .

There were three divisions of Operation High Jump: one land group with tractors, explosives, and plenty of equipment to refurbish "Little America", and make an airstrip to land the six R-4D's (DC-3's), and two seaplane groups. The R4-D's were fitted with jet-assist takeoff bottles (JATO) in order to takeoff from the short runway of the aircraft carrier "Philippine Sea". They also were fitted with large skis for landing on the ice field prepared for them. The skis were specially fitted at three inches above the surface of the carrier deck. When landing on the ice at "Little America" the three inches of tire in contact with the snow and ice provided just enough and not too much drag for a smooth landing.

Admiral Byrd's team of six R4-D's were fitted with the super secret "Trimetricon" spy cameras and each plane was trailing a magnetometer. They flew over as much of the continent as they could in the short three month "summer" period, mapping and recording magnetic data. Magnetometers show anomalies in the Earth's magnetism, i.e. if there is a "hollow" place under the surface ice or ground, it will show up on the meter.

On the last of many "mapping" flights where all six planes went out, each on certain pre-ordained paths to film and "measure" with magnetometers, Admiral Byrd's plane returned THREE HOURS LATE. It was stated that he had "lost an engine" and had had to throw everything overboard except the films themselves and the results of magnetometer readings in order to maintain altitude long enough to return to Little America.

This is most certainly the time when he met with representatives of the Aryans and a contingent of Nazis. The task force came steaming back with their data which then became classified "Top Secret".

Secretary of the Navy James Forrestal retired and started to "talk". He was put in Bethesda Naval Hospital psychiatric ward where he was prevented from seeing or talking to anyone, including his wife! after a short while he was thrown out the window while trying to hang himself with a bed sheet. It was ruled a suicide, case closed. He was telling people about the underground Aryan base.

Please keep in mind (i'm guilty of this as well at times) when you watch videos or hear people speak of the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) that is here in the U.S., these people may or may not realize there are capable weather mod facility's all over the world in several countries and any one of them could strike any place in the world at will. Almost always they are just saying HAARP because it's easier. They are not stating the U.S. is responsible for all if any weather modification.

Moreover you shouldn't ever question if weather modification is possible. It is possible. That's a well documented fact folks. There are quite a few documentary's on it and have even been broadcasted on the Discovery Channel etc... It's only a matter of are they doing it or not, if so why and what country or organization.

The beginning is a bit technical but bare with it because afterward I assure you he will grab your undivided attention. This presentation was likely at McDonnell Douglas Aircraft, as Tom Bearden refers to Jack Houck, who used to work for them. If what Bearden says is true, then how has the technology advanced since 1985?

Can we imagine that any of this technology may relate to the Hutchison Effect and what was used on 9/11 to destroy the WTC? (You draw your own conclusions....)

Since 1985, the technology has been developed into more rigorous longitudinal EM wave interferometry, which is the exact nature of those earlier weather engineering weapons.

Mr Bearden explains exactly what was meant when Secretary of Defense William Cohen cryptically warned: "Others [terrorists] are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism where by they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves... So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations...It's real, and that's the reason why we have to intensify our counter terrorism efforts."

Disturbing news has been leaking out from the giant continent at the bottom of the world. Some scientists manning lonely outposts under the drifting and shifting aurora are nearly paralyzed with fear. Their clipped reports are being reviewed by astonished superiors back in the home countries.

Russian researchers posted near the giant South Pole sub-glacial Lake Vostok have reported eerie anomalies and incidents over the past few years that sometimes seem to border on the frayed edge of creeping madness.

Despite the news blackout, reports still surfaced that a secretive excavation project had commenced on the heels of the discovery. Some European countries formally protested the excavation by the US military.

New secret UFO Wikileaks cable revealed!

A source from within the inner circle of the Wikileaks team has confidentially leaked to All News Web the content of a State Dept cable, concerning UFO affairs, that Wikileaks has declined to upload onto their website.

The cable states: "It is critical all embassy staff understand that they are not to discuss under any circumstance concerns DOD has with UFOs entering orbit, once again the seriousness of this matter cannot be overstated"

The cable was sent on 9 November, 2005 by the State Dept to a diplomat connected to the US embassy in Kiev, Ukraine. As it implies, the State Dept was concerned with diplomats with loose tongues chatting about UFOs at cocktail parties and conceding that the US does allocate resources to the matter. Due to the fact that UFO and alien affairs fall within the absolute highest level of secrecy and security clearance it is hardly surprising that Julian Assange has chosen, as a safety measure, not to reveal such information.

Editor''s note: It appears that while our Governments are deeply worried about the bubble bursting on the way they do business behind closed doors they are taking no chances at all on the public's bubble bursting on the alien and UFO issue.
