In an exclusive ExopoliticsTV interview by Alfred Lambremont Webre released May 9, 2011, independent scientist Leuren Moret has stated that the Fukushima HAARP tectonic nuclear attack was done by an international racketeering war crimes network within the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Department of Energy (DOE), and BP (British Petroleum) on behalf of City of London bankers.

Ms. Moret states that the group behind the March 11, 2011 events at the Fukushima nuclear plant is the same war crimes racketeering organization behind the false flag operations of September 11, 2001, Hurricane Katrina (2005), the Haiti earthquake (2010) and other HAARP-triggered false flag operations.

The Fukushima tectonic nuclear attack is an intentional genocidal depopulation of the northern and southern hemispheres, Ms. Moret states. The west coasts of the United States and Canada, Mexico, and Hawaii are being intentionally targeted by dangerous radiation from the March 11, 2011 tectonic warfare earthquake and nuclear meltdown events at Fukushima, Japan.

These areas of the United States and Canada, and Mexico, Ms. Moret indicates, are the major food producing areas for North America. Radiation from the Japan quake/nuclear meltdown events at Fukushima is intentionally being steered into these areas in order to dose the land and the food with radiation.

Danger of radiation in the rain:

Ms. Moret warned that the U.S. government is covering up the radiation danger in North America, and stated that individuals should venture out in the rain with their bodies fully covered, including gloves.

During WWII, it was discovered that the most effective method of nuclear warfare was to detonate an atomic bomb in a raincloud, and let the radiation rain down on the target population.

The weather warfare capabilities of HAARP and the GWEN towers systems are being used to create weather patterns (such as tornadoes) and rain that bring radiation as high as in the Fukushima area of Japan on the southeast, mid west, southwest and west coasts of the United States.

It's an astonishing claim: The tornado that ravaged Joplin, Mo., last Sunday, killing at least 125 people, was not a random act of nature but the result of an obscure military-backed research program in Alaska that shoots radio waves into the upper atmosphere.

Here's another one: The shooting rampage in Tucson last January that killed six people and wounded 13, including Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, was an elaborate government hoax that used actors to portray the victims.
And there is this: Osama bin Laden is still alive, and the raid in which daring Navy SEALs shot him dead on April 29 was fabricated to improve President Obama's chances of winning re-election.

These are three of the bogus new conspiracy theories flying across the Internet, advanced by believers who insist the evidence to support them could not be any clearer.

"Don't know about the rest of you, but I'm telling everyone I know and don't know (sales clerks, bank tellers, waiters, etc.) about the weather manipulation," a YouTube poster named "thegreenieye" wrote, responding to a video that claims last month's devastating tornado in Tuscaloosa, Ala., also was caused by the atmospheric research in Alaska.

"99.5 [percent] of people are completely unaware of this," thegreenieye wrote. "Tell everyone you know (and don't know) about it. The masses need to be informed!"

Conspiracy theories are not new, but there has been an explosion of them recently.

Jon Kay spent 2 ½ years interviewing conspiracy theorists, attending their conventions and surfing their websites to write the just-published "Among the Truthers: A Journey Through America's Growing Conspiracist Underground."

Kay initially intended to explore the so-called "truther" movement, which makes the slanderous claim the 9/11 attacks were engineered by the U.S. government, and approved by then-President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney, so the U.S. could invade Iraq and Afghanistan and curtail civil rights.
But once Kay entered the conspiracy rabbit hole he discovered a world of extreme paranoia -- a multitude of conspiracy theories nourished by the Internet and fueled, in part, by anxiety caused by tough economic times.
"I was surprised by how prevalent they are," said Kay, the op-ed editor of the National Post newspaper in Canada. "What was shocking to me when I started interviewing people was that once someone bit on one conspiracy theory, they would enter this subculture and subscribe to 10 others."

That subculture now includes the head-spinning claim that the deadly rampage in the parking lot of a Tucson supermarket on Jan. 8 was not a shooting but an event staged by the government.

The New York Times, which first reported the Tucson conspiracy theory, said believers have confronted at least one victim and asked for evidence he had been shot.

A Texas-based website making the allegation said it has been investigating to determine if the media lied about the rampage to push an "anti-gun" agenda.
"What I found shock [sic] me to the core of my being," the site's operator said in a posting.
There are several conspiracy claims blaming atmospheric research in Alaska for a series of national disasters, including the tornadoes in Joplin and in Tuscaloosa, the catastrophic earthquake in Japan and last year's earthquake in Haiti.

With that kind of verbal footwork, they could be saying "hailstones have begun spurting out little baby alien monsters upon ground impact, and we need that to not happen anymore so we are researching how the little fuggerz get inside hailstones in the first place, because when they come out they are INSATIOUSLY thirsty for HUMAN BONE MARROW and they have teeth to put a barracuda to shame!!"

A recently-unearthed U.S. Navy research project calls for creating mad-made floods and droughts to "disrupt [the] economy" of an enemy state. 

"Weather modification was used successfully in Viet Nam to (among other things) hinder and impede the movement of personnel and material from North Viet Nam to South Vietnam," notes a Naval Air Warfare Weapons Division – China Lake research proposal, released last month through the Freedom of Information Act.

But "since that time military research on Weather Modification has dwindled in the United States."

The proposal suggests a study of the latest weather manipulation techniques, to "give the U.S. military a viable, state-of-the-art weather modification capability again."

With that in hand, American forces would be able…

(1) To impede or deny the movement of personnel and material because of rains-floods, snow-blizzards, etc.
(2) To disrupt economy due to the effect of floods, droughts, etc.

The proposal is undated.  But it’s pretty clearly from the Cold War.
Not only is "the Soviet Union (Russia)" mentioned.  The money is also relatively small, by today’s standards — less than a half-million dollars, over two years.
 
A military in-house newspaper calls  "weather modification" an "area of China Lake preeminence.   Between 1949 and 1978, China Lake developed concepts, techniques, and hardware that were successfully used in hurricane abatement, fog control, and drought relief. Military application of this technology was demonstrated in 1966 when ProjectPopeye was conducted to enhance rainfall to help interdict traffic on the Ho Chi Minh Trail."  (Here’s a picture of China Lake’s "Cold Cloud Modification System."

In 1980, the United States ratified a treaty banning military weather manipulation.   But every once in a while, someone in the armed forces floats the idea of doing it again.  "Our vision is that by 2025 the military could influence the weather on a mesoscale [theater-wide] or microscale [immediate local area] to achieve operational capabilities," a 1996 Air Force-commissioned study reads. 

Today, Chinese officials are trying to figure out ways to keep it from raining over Beiing, during this summer’s Olympics.

Weather Modification - Wilhelm Reich | Mans Right To Know (Video) 29min Excellent!

This most excellent documentary tells the story of Wilhelm Reich's life & discoveries, and ultimate demise. He was able to document a cosmic life energy he called Orgone.

Amongst his discoveries with Orgone energy was the Orgone energy accumulator that was used to reverse cancer. And also a device called the cloudbuster which could create or disperse clouds and create rain.

He was thrown in jail after the FDA concluded he was a quack. His books and research were burned like a modern day witch hunt. He ended up dying of a heart attack in jail a week before his release.

This was one of the best HAARP documentary's I've seen to date on HAARP technology and history.

The patents described below were the package of ideas which were originally controlled by ARCO Power Technologies Incorporated (APTI), a subsidiary of Atlantic Richfield Company, one of the biggest oil companies in the world.

APTI was the contractor that built the HAARP facility. ARCO sold this subsidiary, the patents and the second phase construction contract to E-Systems in June 1994.

E-Systems is one of the biggest intelligence contractors in the world -- doing work for the CIA, defense intelligence organizations and others. $1.8 billion of their annual sales are to these organizations, with $800 million for black projects -- projects so secret that even the United States Congress isn't told how the money is being spent.

E-Systems was bought out by Raytheon, which is one of the largest defense contractors in the world. In 1994 Raytheon was listed as number forty-two on the Fortune 500 list of companies. Raytheon has thousands of patents, some of which will be valuable in the HAARP project.

The patents below are the backbone of the HAARP project, and are now buried among the thousands of others held in the name of Raytheon.

Bernard J. Eastlund's U.S. Patent # 4,686,605, "Method and Apparatus for Altering a Region in the Earth's Atmosphere, Ionosphere; and/or Magnetosphere," was sealed for a year under a government Secrecy Order.

"BEST EVIDENCE" was broadcasted August 10th, 2007. This documentary (with commercials) looks at those who claim that jet fuel of commercial and military aircraft's contain secret experimental additives, such as aluminum oxide, for weather modification purposes.

The scientific theory behind this claim is that such additives could act like small mirrors to reflect sun rays, thus, slowing down the coming disastrous effects of global warming and climate change. Those who make this conclusion also say that some of these alleged experimental jet fuel additives can harm the health of plants, animals and humans, even if there was a positive intent behind them to help slow down global warming.

Interviewed are atmospheric scientists who say that there is no scientific evidence available to make such conclusions. The Discovery Channel team traveled to Kettering University in Flint, Michigan, where they commissioned a scientific test of a random jet fuel sample from the local airport. Though a limited test using only one random sample of commercial jet fuel, it doesn't show anything abnormal about its chemical composition.

Discovery Channel's conclusions is that though there is no proven scientific evidence yet that contrails of civilian or military airplanes contain experimental additives and chemicals, they discover that the US military has the technology available to manipulate the weather using these means if they wish to do so through a secret program, as they did in Vietnam during the Vietnam war through a project called "Operation Popeye."

Journalist William Thomas concludes by saying that in the winter of 2005, the United States government established a federal bureau of weather modification in Washington, DC. He says this is a government mandated agency whose stated mission is to modify the weather and climate. Under this rubric, he claims that the government could come out and admit to a chem trail type project.

Weather Modification is a very real technology folks. I have seen and posted video on my blog and youtube channel about it. It has been around at least since 1985 and is based on Nikola Tesla technology from 1921! You can learn about it here...

I've seen these strange radar signatures myself and you can see my own video I've posted on these strange "Scalar Radar Squares" here.

The technology to modify weather even the capability to do so is not the question. That is a indisputable documented fact. The question is are they doing it? If so why? And who is doing it? Any one of these weather modification facility's around the world can strike from the facility itself and even modify existing local radar to use in conjunction to strike any part of the world at will. If what Bearden says is true, then how has the technology advanced since 1985?

Can we imagine that any of this technology may relate to the Hutchison Effect and what was used on 9/11 to destroy the WTC? (You draw your own conclusions....)

Since 1985, the technology has been developed into more rigorous longitudinal EM wave interferometry, which is the exact nature of those earlier weather engineering weapons.

Note Recon Earth: Global Warming and drastic Earth changes, even solar system changes in any documentary I've seen and dare I say you have seen are not disputed. The causes are disputed not the effects. The drastic changes are in fact here and are effecting our planet, our way of life and at times killing us.
