NASA Disaster Preparedness News ~ June 15, 2011 on Coast To Coast AM Richard C. Hoagland reacted to a speech on disaster preparedness made by NASA's director Charles Bolden. His comment about NASA being a Federal agency dealing with humans on & off planet might have been a veiled reference to a secret space program, Hoagland suggested. On June 24th, Richard will be a participant in an online video roundtable about the mysterious comet, Elenin.

Note Recon Earth: It's a real comfort knowing there are others on this planet that can see through the BS the Powers That Be bestow upon the sheeple. I posted this video as proof that some citizens of our planet actually do think for themselves and know when somethings not right. Any fool who is paying attention let alone someone like ourselves who relentlessly researches knows our planet is going through serious changes. As far as the cause, if it's Natural or Man-Made is still any ones guess. The fact that IT IS happening and we should be preparing the best we can (first) and worrying about getting to the bottom of it (second) is what I want you to comprehend.
I am "telling" you to do nothing more than to turn off your television and do your own research. I am "asking" you to start thinking for yourself instead of following the sheeple. After all, what do you have to lose?
The American Reassurance Communities (ARC) was established to ensure the survival of all occupants for up to 60 months (off-grid) in the event of any kind of disaster.
Each ARC Bunker Complex consists of a 300,000 sq ft subterranean self-contained community survival shelter complex designed to accommodate 2500 people for up to 60 months in military grade bunkers complete with schools, medical/dental, greenhouses, theater, recreation, everything needed for a large group of people to live in a safe, comfortable environment and survive almost any disaster.
ARC Bunkers are air/water tight and have a lifespan of 300+ years. Carbon rods are used so there is no metal or underground signature, which makes the bunkers undetectable.
ARC Memberships start at $45,000 USD for a lifetime membership, and about half of the qualified members receive a discount ranging from 50% to FREE, depending on useful and helpful backgrounds, after all, this is a functioning underground community with teachers, doctors, laborers, scientist, military personnel, restaurants, livestock, exercise facilities, even a jail for the unruly.
Members can choose from a 4,3,2,1 bedroom condo, a studio or a bunk in one of the many dormitories. The ARC Bunker for North Alabama is the largest of the 38 bunkers being constructed in classified locations across the United States. The Huntsville ARC will consist of over 360,000 square feet and will support 3200 people for up to 5 years off-grid, and 37 other major cities are constructing similar ARC Bunkers.
Note ReconEarth: Ahhh, finally, the smoking gun (kind of). I have seen a few interviewees on the Project Camelot videos speak of this technology and it's the very reason I always tell people if they ever see a UFO, EBE, ARV or even a big comet in the skies to exercise extreme discernment. I'm not saying that it could't be but don't be so sure your eyes aren't deceiving you. They say first contact with ET will be pulled off this way for one of two reasons. First to test the public reaction for desensitizing purposes. Which means the real thing does exist and that sort of event is coming. The second reason could be simply to strike fear to push legislation for space based weapons and privacy acts. Either way it could be the next cash cow for the industrial military complex.
It's important for me to note I am in no way saying the powers that be are or have been using such technology as HAARP for earthquakes or 3D holographic displays for a False Flag, UFO, Comet or Planet X displays to kill off birds, animals, people or strike fear to push legislation etc... However what I am saying is that "it is possible" and should be more seriously considered at the time of any event. If they chose to do so how could you ever prove it? Don't worry i'm sure they are asking themselves the same question.
It's nearly 300 million miles away and barreling toward us. The intruder from deep space, called comet Elenin, crosses Earth's orbit on its inbound leg and again on its outbound swing around the sun later this year.
Russian astronomer Leonid Elenin discovered the innocuous little comet on Dec. 10, 2010, at International Scientific Optical Network's robotic observatory near Mayhill, New Mexico.
Presently the comet is a faint smudge of light in deep sky exposures. By late August comet Elenin should be visible to the naked eye as a dim "fuzzy star" with a tail. Over a few weeks the visitor will speed across the spring constellation Virgo and toward Leo on its outbound leg.
A dizzying collection of doomsday predictions have been linked to comet Elenin. The hysteria was inevitable as anxiety grows over the approach of 2012 -- that is supposedly a game-changing year for life on Earth. At least according to some interpretations of the ancient Mayan calendar.
Note ReconEarth: So now what to believe? This is why I always say DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH on Comet Elenin and for anything else for that matter. As for me, I always go with what I can prove for myself then apply common sense. Which is, every time that official NASA animation, on that official NASA website, aligns that so called Comet Elenin with Earth. We get a devastating earthquake, possible tsunami and pole shift. That's just what we have heard about. Why do you think the sun rose two days early in Greenland this year? It's never happened in recorded history. I'm thinking there has been a physical pole shift, not a magnetic pole shift. What could do that?
I take that and then ask myself, would the powers that be tell us about this? If so when? If you were in charge would you tell the world of a possible E.L.E. a year from now? Six months? A month? Honestly, though you may not agree, I wouldn't tell you at all if I had a real good plan to divert it or let's just say remove the possibility of danger.
If I couldn't and I knew it would cause serious problems? I would give you about 6-8 weeks notice. Let's face it. Once the world governments made the world aware. All infrastructures would begin to collapse that very day. Talk about potential hell on Earth. Whether it was a month, six months or a years notice.
So with any credible website or main stream media broadcast telling me their thoughts on Elenin or anything for that matter I'll always listen to what they have to say. It doesn't mean I agree with it though.
After all what does it really cost me to prepare the best I can? To have peace of mind for my family, other loved ones and be ready? A couple hundred dollars? A thousand dollars for extra food, water and medical supplies. Do you buy car insurance? Do you buy life insurance? Do you buy home insurance? Do you think any of those type of insurance policy's could ever help you the day of a so called natural disaster? If nothing happens at all at least I get to trade out, eat or use what I have stored. You may never get your money back or cash in on those traditional type policies but yet you still buy them. It's win win to me.

Some background on HONDA; The comet was discovered by Minuru Honda on 1948 December 3, during a routine search for comets. He confirmed his discovery on December 5 and described the comet as diffuse with a magnitude of 9. When this so called comet was first discovered in December 2010 last year it was calculated that it would pass 8.8 Au (8.8 times the distance of the Sun from us) away. Now today the orbital calculation is down to 0.24 Au with a minimum as l...ow as 0.15. This is being re-calculated all the time and could get even closer but it depends what it encounters in the Oort belt.
Our Moon is 0.00256 Au from us to give you a comparison. 1 Au is the distance from earth to the sun, approx 93 million miles.
You should be aware that this comet could bring debris with it and on today's projected path we will pass through the debris trail – if one exists.
Important things/dates to remember:
At this point apparently no one knows exactly how big this thing is. I search for that answer every day. It`s foreseen path will always change as it is studied and gets closer. If it was a planet such as Nibiru (planet of the crossing) or a comet that was going to impact us and the powers that be knew this now, do you tell the public? If so, when? How much time do you give them, if any? Just something to keep in mind.
Feb 27 2010: The first time the Earth was between Elenin and our sun we had an 8.8 earth quake in Chile and an apparent 3 degree pole shift. I personally checked on the earthquake and Elenins position and verified this.
Sept. 3 2010: The Earth and Mercury was aligned with the sun, on the opposite side of the sun also aligned, you guessed it, Comet Eleinin (if you want to call it that). On this date was a 7.0 mag earthquake on the South side, New Zealand.
March 11 2011: The Earth was 2-3 days from perfect alignment with Elenin and we had a 9.0 Mega quake, a Tsunami in Japan and on parts of California's shoreline, a 4 degree pole shift and Japan move i've read between 12- 17 feet. Personally i believe so far the most effective times and when Elenin is the biggest threat has been just as it moves in and out of alignment, just like it did on the 11th.
April 4 2011: Mercury and Elenin will be on the same side and in alignment with the sun. With NASA Messenger now in place we might see some effects on Mercury.
April 19 2011: If you check this date out you will see Elenin is aligned with Mars each on opposite sides of the sun and to me what sort of makes the alignment even more interesting is Earth , Mercury and Venus are all on the same side. Maybe it's nothing but I thought it might be worthy to note.
May 22 2011: Elenin aligned with Venus opposite from the sun. I`m thinking something may happen with Mars around now but closer to the 15th. Just a hunch.
May 30 2011: Elenin aligns with Mercury opposite from the sun. Keep an eye on Messenger news.
July 7 2011: Elenin aligns with Mercury same side of sun. Keep an eye on Messenger news.
September 25 2011: This is when the comet will align between us and the sun with Mercury on the opposite side of the sun. We will also possibly be getting hit by Elenins tail. Elenin will be extremely close to the Earth according to today's projected path. I have read that you also will be able to see it with your naked eye very well in the northern hemisphere crossing before the sun a week or so before and after the said date. By this time we will know for sure of any effects, if any.
October 17 2011: We will be as close as were going to get to Elenin, on today's projected path it will be as close as 0.232au.
November 22 2011: We align with Elenin on the same side of the sun and at only like 0.55au away. If there was to be a pole shift you would think it will happen somewhere in between September 25 and November 25. If you see December 2011, count your blessings and pray for everyone else.
Folks, all, if any effects and dates stated here by me are pure speculation and common sense. However according to NASA officials Elenin is real, it`s path is real, the NASA website is official and can be found here and every time the animation lines up that coment or planet with Earth something bad happens, that's all i know for sure. You can say it`s all bs that the object isn't real or what ever you choose to think. For me, there is enough evidence to prepare as best i can for some history making events come late September 2011 and beyond. Better safe than sorry.
