Weather Modification is a very real technology folks. I have seen and posted video on my blog and youtube channel about it. It has been around at least since 1985 and is based on Nikola Tesla technology from 1921! You can learn about it here...
I've seen these strange radar signatures myself and you can see my own video I've posted on these strange "Scalar Radar Squares" here.
The technology to modify weather even the capability to do so is not the question. That is a indisputable documented fact. The question is are they doing it? If so why? And who is doing it? Any one of these weather modification facility's around the world can strike from the facility itself and even modify existing local radar to use in conjunction to strike any part of the world at will. As always do your own research and YOU decide.

Please keep in mind (i'm guilty of this as well at times) when you watch videos or hear people speak of the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) that is here in the U.S., these people may or may not realize there are capable weather mod facility's all over the world in several countries and any one of them could strike any place in the world at will. Almost always they are just saying HAARP because it's easier. They are not stating the U.S. is responsible for all if any weather modification.
Moreover you shouldn't ever question if weather modification is possible. It is possible. That's a well documented fact folks. There are quite a few documentary's on it and have even been broadcasted on the Discovery Channel etc... It's only a matter of are they doing it or not, if so why and what country or organization.

This presentation was likely at McDonnell Douglas Aircraft, as Tom Bearden refers to Jack Houck, who used to work for them. If what Bearden says is true, then how has the technology advanced since 1985?

"RALEIGH, N.C. — More than 450 homes in North Carolina were damaged or destroyed on Saturday, when 62 tornadoes reportedly touched down in at least 20 counties.
Of those, more than 60 homes were destroyed, said Julia Jarema, a spokeswoman for the state Department of Crime Control and Public Safety.
Gov. Bev Perdue declared a state of emergency across North Carolina, as did officials in more than a dozen counties, including Cumberland, Halifax and Wake. The state of emergency begins the process of applying for federal aid and allows utility workers and truckers to work longer hours than usual to help in relief efforts.
Perdue was touring damaged areas in Sanford, Dunn, Fayetteville, Bladenboro, Snow Hill and Colerain on Sunday. U.S. Sen. Kay Hagan also planned to visit affected areas, and U.S. Rep. Renee Ellmers visited Lee County.
President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama called Perdue Sunday morning to offer federal assistance in recovering from the disaster.
Officials with the Federal Emergency Management Agency were to begin assessing damage Sunday.
Across the Carolinas and Virgina, the National Weather Service recorded 87 tornadoes and 118 instances of other wind damage.
WRAL meteorologist Mike Moss explained that doesn't mean that there were actually 87 tornadoes. Some tornadoes might have touched down multiple times.
Some super-cell storms that crossed the state stayed together for 150 to 190 miles, Moss said.
Farms and poultry companies across the state also sustained heavy storm damage. A spokesman for the state agriculture department estimated Sunday that over 80,000 chickens were killed."

A 1950 FBI UFO memo was released online, as shown in the photo, apparently reporting that UFO or flying saucers were recovered in New Mexico.

According to the FBI memo in pdf file dated March 22, 1950, a special agent named Guy Hottel reported to the FBI director that three so-called flying saucers were recovered in New Mexico.
“They were described as being circular in shape with raised centers, approximately 50 feet in diameter.” Guy Hottel wrote in the memo, as claimed by a US Air Force informant whose named was hidden.
“Each one was occupied by three bodies of human shape but only 3 feet tall, dressed in a metallic cloth of a very fine texture.” Mr. Hottel added.
The memo also mentioned that the flying saucers were found ‘due to the fact that the government has a very high-powered radar set-up in that area, in which it is being believed the radar interferes with the saucers’ controlling mechanism’.
However, the last part of the FBI UFO memo emphasized that no further investigation was made with regards to the claim.
Meanwhile, the said memo is only among the thousands of documents found in the Vault of the FBI Records, where old documents were scanned and posted online for public viewing.
Nevertheless, a Disclaimer on the site states that the reading materials that can be found in the ‘Vault’ do not always reflect the current views, policies, and priorities of the FBI.
now that ive got a better idea of what we have been observing....we're all going to discuss this.. and either prove or disprove it. i personally feel its proved.. (IMO) but im totally willing to listen to alternative theories.
