This is a portion of the Hon. Paul Hellyer's presentation at the 2011 International UFO Congress.
Beginning in 1963, Hellyer served as the Minister of National Defense for Canada. After his retirement, influenced by a Peter Jennings special on UFOs, Hellyer read Col. Corso's book, "The Day After Roswell," in which Corso claims to have handled material from the Roswell craft. Hellyer confirmed Corso's story with a U.S. General. Hellyer has been outspoken on the U.S. government's withholding of UFO information as well as its aggressive stance on the extraterrestrial presence, which is further discussed in his book "The Light At The End Of The Tunnel."
In May of 2011 I visited the UK. During my travels there I arranged to meet with Barry King and conduct a long awaited interview with him. Thanks to the kind generosity of John Agnew, landowner in the Suffolk area, we found ourselves in a lovely building with wonderful lighting. Barry King is the quintessential clandestine operative. His title, a Security Enforcement Officer does little to reveal his true area of expertise. Selected as a young child he was, like many others monitored from afar and groomed then eventually employed by Peasmore an underground base in the UK. Due to his psi-tech abilities he was used in a variety of roles, many of which remain classified and are not revealed to this day.
At this time, getting on in age, it appears that one of his primary roles is yet to be played out. One of five with 'special abilities' who when brought together apparently will comprise a unique combination of individuals. The operation they will perform is unknown and very secret however, in listening to my recent discussion with him, there is a chance to gain something of a look into what that operation might consist of given Barry's background.
While it is more than clear that Barry was being extremely careful due to previous run-ins with his 'employers' for speaking out, if you watch his face and his body language and pay close attention to his word choice, the real truth behind his words can be found.

One of the more intriguing hypotheses put forward to explain government intransigence to end the UFO/ET truth embargo in the face of mounting public awareness does not center on nuts and bolts or the public's right (or lack there of) to know about extraterrestrials and new technology. A 1950 FBI UFO memo was released online, as shown in the photo, apparently reporting that UFO or flying saucers were recovered in New Mexico.

According to the FBI memo in pdf file dated March 22, 1950, a special agent named Guy Hottel reported to the FBI director that three so-called flying saucers were recovered in New Mexico.
“They were described as being circular in shape with raised centers, approximately 50 feet in diameter.” Guy Hottel wrote in the memo, as claimed by a US Air Force informant whose named was hidden.
“Each one was occupied by three bodies of human shape but only 3 feet tall, dressed in a metallic cloth of a very fine texture.” Mr. Hottel added.
The memo also mentioned that the flying saucers were found ‘due to the fact that the government has a very high-powered radar set-up in that area, in which it is being believed the radar interferes with the saucers’ controlling mechanism’.
However, the last part of the FBI UFO memo emphasized that no further investigation was made with regards to the claim.
Meanwhile, the said memo is only among the thousands of documents found in the Vault of the FBI Records, where old documents were scanned and posted online for public viewing.
Nevertheless, a Disclaimer on the site states that the reading materials that can be found in the ‘Vault’ do not always reflect the current views, policies, and priorities of the FBI.
Niara approached me during the UFO Congress in Phoenix and reminded me that we had met a year before at the Laughlin event. Back then, due to time constraints, I wasn't able to interview her. Her demeanor was extremely low-key and unassuming and something about her story sounded to me as though it needed to be told.
Niara enlisted in the Air Force back in 1979 and became a surface to air missle/anit-aircraft artillary radar specialist based at various bases around the U.S. She was based for aprpoximately one year at Nellis Air Force Base working out at the Tonopah Test Range. And that is where these incidents occurred.
Although her experiences are hard to believe, her down-to-earth way of relating the information if anthing, underscores how very real they were and the depth of depravity and cruelty implied in her treatment brings to light some very sinister dealings going on that include a race or races of ETs and the military, that if true, couldn't be more scandalous.
If and when government disclosure ever becomes a reality this is the type of story that will be very hard to explain let alone acknowledge by those coming forward at that time.

Philip Schneider was an ex-government structural engineer who was involved in building underground military bases around the United States , and to be one of only three people to survive an incident that occurred in 1979 between Grey aliens and U.S. military forces at the Dulce underground base.
