Weather Modification is a very real technology folks. I have seen and posted video on my blog and youtube channel about it. It has been around at least since 1985 and is based on Nikola Tesla technology from 1921! You can learn about it here...

I've seen these strange radar signatures myself and you can see my own video I've posted on these strange "Scalar Radar Squares" here.

The technology to modify weather even the capability to do so is not the question. That is a indisputable documented fact. The question is are they doing it? If so why? And who is doing it? Any one of these weather modification facility's around the world can strike from the facility itself and even modify existing local radar to use in conjunction to strike any part of the world at will.
